Shipping policy
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day. We ship worldwide via DHL with local carrier delivery. For some destinations we ship directly with local carriers: Czech Republic (Zásilkovna), Finland (Posti). Express delivery is handled by FedEx.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination. We occasionally run free shipping promotions, so keep an eye on the shop or sign up to our newsletter to catch them.
Estimated delivery times
- Finland: 1-3 business days
- Czech Republic: 1-3 business days
- Germany: 2-4 business days
- European Union, Norway & Switzerland: 2-6 business days
- Worldwide: 6-12 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak periods such as holidays and sales seasons.
Express delivery (1–2 business days) is available at checkout for eligible destinations.
Customs & Import Duties
For deliveries outside the EU, local import duties and taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient. Norway, Switzerland, and the UK are not EU members, and local import fees may apply for these destinations.
Tracking & Support
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking confirmation by email. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout to avoid delivery delays.
