At 360swim™, our products are crafted with care, and we're proud to say that returns and refunds are extremely rare. However, if you need assistance with a return or refund, we're here to make the process as smooth as possible for you.

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

What You Need to Know
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Be sure to include your receipt or proof of purchase. If your return involves a defective or damaged product, we will resolve it quickly so you're ready for your next swim.

Important: Please contact us first before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.

Damages and Issues
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please get in touch immediately. Sharing photos or videos of the issue helps us address it faster and improve our products for the future.

Non-Returnable Items
Please note that sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges
Looking for an exchange? The fastest way is to return the item first. Once your return is approved, we'll ship the replacement product free of charge and issue a refund for your returned item as soon as it reaches us.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, no justification needed. This period begins the day you receive your order. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase for smooth processing.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.)
